Jean Anne works in Vinton County, Ohio, as a Program Assistant for Community Development and 4-H. She is a lifelong resident of Gallia County, Ohio.  Her current work as a Program Assistant is working with the youth of Vinton County doing in-school and after school programs including Chick Quest, various STEAM activities, including working with our Hydroponic Grow Tower and the middle school garden.  She also has a twice monthly electronic newsletter, The Vinton County Business Enrichment Network (BEN), that informs subscribers about regional opportunities for business development, continuing education, professional development and local initiatives.
